Bracknell Bisons Football Club held their AGM at Forest Park Community Centre on June 27th, 2022 at 7 pm.

The meeting was attended by Committee Members, Club Members, and via a Live Stream.

1. It was noted that the number of club members attending constituted a quorum and that the meeting could proceed.

2. Hemi Mistry read the Chairperson's Report.

3. Danny Perchard read the Secretary's Report on behalf of Ravi Mistry.

4. Chris Chapman read the Treasurer's Report.

5. The outgoing committee was then dissolved. Danny explained that there were no competing nominations and that no poll was therefore necessary. Danny announced the nominations and secondings for the 2022/2023 committee. Appointments for the new season are:

• Hemi Mistry - Chairperson & Welfare Officer

• Danny Perchard - Secretary

• Ravi Mistry - Assistant Secretary

• Chris Chapman - Treasurer

• Harry Worm - Committee Member

• Tom McGill - Committee Member

• Kiran Mistry - Committee Member

6. Hemi advised that the first meeting of the new committee was to be held immediately and that the AGM was therefore closed on completion of its business.

The meeting was closed at 7.30pm.
